About Me

I turn complex business and customer problems into clearer requirements, product decisions and workable paths forward.

I work at the intersection of Business Analysis and Product Management, supported by Customer Experience and Operations & Workflow Automation. My focus is on bringing clarity to complex problems, connecting business needs to delivery and helping teams make better-informed decisions.

My Story

A career shaped by turning complexity into clarity.

My career has developed around a consistent kind of problem: situations where the need is real, but the path forward is not yet clear.

I started in customer and operational environments, where understanding people, processes and service delivery mattered every day. Over time, that work moved closer to Business Analysis and Product Management—understanding business problems, analysing workflows, structuring requirements, clarifying priorities and connecting decisions to the people and systems affected by them.

That progression is what brought Business Analysis + Product Management together as the centre of my professional identity.

Customer Experience and Operations & Workflow Automation strengthen that foundation by helping me understand what happens around a product or process—how customers experience it, how teams operate it and where clearer workflows or systems can reduce friction.

Career Journey

From customer and operational foundations to connected Business Analysis and Product Management practice.

My career has grown through roles that strengthened how I understand customers, operations, products, processes and systems. Each stage added another layer to how I approach complex problems today.
